League age 6 year old children who played Tee Ball at SOLL in the spring of 2008 are eligible to tryout for Farm but must first register for Tee Ball. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please make a note in the registration comments section that your child will tryout. Priority is given to children league age 7 & up for the baseball divisions. If space is available in the Farm division, based on total enrollments, and your league age 6 child is moved up your registration fee will be adjusted to the Baseball 7-12 rate.

- Pediatrician's Name and Phone Number
- Credit Card (MC or Visa) to pay online

Fees are due at time of enrollment. If paying by check, baseball fees must be received within 15 days of enrollment. Mail checks to: SOLL, PO Box 5449, Sherman Oaks, CA 91413 Registration is not complete until fees have been received. Players pending payment will not be eligible to tryout or be drafted to a team.
Refund Policy: There is a $25.00 non-refundable processing fee on all applicants who withdraw from S.O.L.L. prior to players' draft; thereafter, upon withdrawal, all application fees are forfeited.
